Across four fantastic weeks, our team hit the road to visit many of our tenant customers across the country as part of our Industrial Customer Roadshow. The Roadshow was a chance to connect in-person, have important conversations, and further explore the themes raised in our annual customer feedback survey.
These visits were about more than just touchpoints; they were about listening, learning, and collaborating. We had honest discussions about the things that matter most to you. From improving communication and streamlining processes to supporting your sustainability goals, these conversations are already shaping the way we work together moving forward.
You told us you wanted clearer, more proactive communication – and we’re making it happen. This includes clearer onboarding materials, improved inspection scheduling, and a renewed focus on making it easier for you to log issues and access the information you need.
