Lendlease host Healthy Heads in Trucks and Sheds event

In August, Lendlease and Goodman teamed up to host a Healthy Heads in Trucks and Sheds (HHT&S) roadshow event across our adjoining Silverwater estates in Sydney. 

Our customers had the opportunity to connect with HHT&S team include CEO Naomi Frauenfelder. The event featured a morning tea and complimentary skin checks provided by the Australian Skin Cancer Foundation, with founder Jay Allen OAM, a melanoma survivor, sharing his story. 

The commitment shown by our customers and partners in promoting wellbeing across Australia's road transport and logistics industries was great to see. 

As part of our partnership with HHT&S, we're giving our customers access to five free mental health courses to help you stay on top of your physical and mental health in the workplace.

• Accidental Counsellor by Lifeline Australia: Sometimes, we find ourselves in a spot where we need to lend an ear. Learn how to support somebody who is experiencing an emotional crisis, de-escalate anger, and develop key communication skills.
• Mental Health First Aid: Just like physical first aid, this course teaches you how to provide initial help to someone experiencing a mental health issue. Training is tailored around transport specific scenarios, and delivered by accredited trainers.
• Psychological Health and Safety Action Plan Workshop by AP Psychology & Consulting Services: This hands-on workshop will help you to create a plan to manage psychosocial hazards at work, making your workplace safer.
• Mental Health and Wellbeing in the Road Transport, Warehousing & Logistics Sector by Lifeline Australia: This eLearning course has been developed to help workers to handle the unique pressures of the road transport, warehousing, and logistics industries.
